How to I get rid of Adware.Adrotator.GEN?

Need to get rid of Adware.Adrotator.gen or krmwkol.maeivss.dll (BHO) permanently. I use Malwarebytes’ to detect and get rid of Adware.Adrotator. And I use Spyweeper block the BHO. But it keeps coming back on both counts, after a few days. Please help.
Avast didn’t detect either one, nor did NIS.
I have used Superantispyware, also. I have used all software in Safe mode, Restore off, and Internet disconnected.

To Remove Adware.Adrotator.GEN
First Turn off System Restore Steps to turn off System Restore

1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
3. Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click to
select the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box.

Then After Restart you Computer Safe Mode With Networking how to Restart?
1. Log out and reboot your machine.

repeatedly.
3. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.
4. When the log in screen comes up, log in as Administrator. By default,
Administrator has no password.
5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look
