OMG!! Please help me! how do i get rid of antivirus pro 2010?

I already tried spyware doctor and anti malware but it either didnt work or i had to pay. My computer is really slow and most websites are interupted by the fake virus thing. The icon looks like a red “M”. So if you know a system that is free and gets rid of it forever then plz help!!!
