I have an old laptop (10 yrs) that has very little RAM. I need a good system cleaner that wont slow me down!?

I need a reliable system cleaner that has adware, spyware, and virus protection that will not take up too much space or RAM. AVG slows me down, i cant use any other programs while it is running. Any suggestions?

Sorry, girl….but a 10 year old laptop…I applaud you. Nothing will cover your butt well now without eating up all your RAM.

But…it appears that you’ve survived well over the years..and that means you haven’t visited bad sites, or downloaded bad things..so just keep your eyes open.

I have found a free virus scanner with a small footprint (antivir from www.avira.com). Try the free version out, see if it overeats…if not, buy the premium version to get spyware protection (only 30 bucks).
