I need help..My laptop will not let me download anything!?
I’m pretty sure I have a virus or spyware preventing me from downloading anything. I did scan my computer with SuperAntispyware but it didn’t detect anything. I tried to check for updates and something is blocking it from doing so. When I try to check for windows updates it automatically redirects me to ask.com? When I try to download Windows Defender is directs me there’s an error displaying this page..Any help would be appreciated!
If you don’t already have an anti-virus program loaded, go directly to walmart or bestbuy and purchase one! Norton, AVG, or the like will do the trick. I would also check the “internet options” settings and try to reset the “advanced” internet explorer settings.
