¿What I should do to remove the spyware Adware-Navi Promo from my computer?

I have McAfee VirusScan and is update, but that PUP or potentially unwanted program still appears each time I use my computer. McAfee detects the spyware as an infection in the file C:\WINDOWS\…\msclock32.dll. I already use Lavasoft Ad-Aware and it doesn’t work.

Usually it is in so deep that you have to probably reformat your computer.
