how do I get spybot and Adware to scan my second drive? I have the free versions. I see no opting for it.?

I have a seond hard drive and and I would like to run a spyware and malware scan on them. I have spybot and Adware 2007 but cannot find a way to ge them to scan my second drive. Could someone tell how I can get this done. Thank you.
